A Juicy Note For You
It is with great excitement that I announce and share with you a new, updated, and refreshed edition of Creative Juice. It has been more than a couple of months since I have taken a step away to work on a few other projects while also traveling, but now I am back and ready to get onto the squeezing machine again. I would love to hear what you have been up to since the last edition of Creative Juice, and if you are struggling with anything, please do not hesitate to send me a reply. I will respond with any help, tips, or advice I can offer.
PORTFOLIO OF THE WEEK
Dissecting Portfolio Brilliance and Getting Lost in CSS
Oriol Bedia
I really like this portfolio website for several reasons. First, I love the loading animation when you open the site. Second, it uses one of my favorite fonts, Mabry from Colophon Foundry. Third, I appreciate Oriol's use of negative space throughout the site and how he organized the different sections. Finally, there are many animations and scrolling interactions that keep you engaged and excited to scroll to the bottom. Don't get too jealous of this portfolio website, though, as Oriol has 15 years of experience. His expertise shows in how he presents his work on the website.
